About Alpha Phase Descent
The Alpha Phase Descent is about eliminating external stimulus and clearing your mind.
You will need to do this in silence in a darkened room. Eliminate all sources of light, near perfect darkness and silence is required.
Sit comfortably in front of your computer monitor, have the Alpha Phase Video Synch link open, or use the embedded media player on the home page. Have this ready to play.
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Your thoughts will tend to wander. Try to not follow these thoughts and keep brining your mind back to your breathing.
To steady your thoughts focus on the dead person to whom you wish to talk.
Recall the physical state you feel before sleep, this is the feeling you are striving to create.
Once you have steadied your breath and approached a mental and physical state of deep relaxation and receptivity you can play the Alpha Phase Video Synch.
I recommend you use headphones to get the full effect of the sonics embedded in the soundtrack.
This may cause some disruption to your Alpha state; however the first 30 seconds of the file will return you to that state.
Once the Alpha Phase Video Synch begins to roll, focus on it. Do not look anywhere but at the screen and listen intently to the instructions.
Let the video play until its end.
At the conclusion of the Alpha Phase Video Synch you should be in contact.
The level of contact depends on your receptivity. Depending on this receptivity you can achieve any of three levels of contact (see below).
The strength of contact you have also increases with practice.
Sometime sit can take several attempts before contact is achieved.
Contact is possible on the first attempt.

Nicole Zapruder has been communicating with the dead since she was 4
years old. In this time, her exploration of different techniques has been driven by the desire to more effectively channel and control her natural gift.
Nicole states 'All peoples of earth posess this natural ability. However the noise and clutter of modern times serves to distance people from nature and therefore the realization that this gift is in us all. My intention is to return to people the experience of talking with the dead that our ancient ancestors once all possessed'.
At the age of just 18, in 1996, Miriam was the last student of the eminent psychic Jean Dixon and has maintained regular contact with Ms Dixon since her death in 1997.

Nicole still maintains a very low public profile and continues to shun all publicity and public appearances.
Nicole continues to work with private clients in Miami FLA, Wiesbaden, Sydney Australia Antwerp and Bonn.
She currently lives in seclusion in an French provincial capital with her two dogs 'Petit Napoleon' a Highland Terrier and 'Juan-Philippe' a pedigree Schnauzer.
Inspired by her love of nature and pets, Nicole's next project will be the website 'Communicating with your deceased pet'. The site is under construction and will be available to view in October 2008.
