An introduction to the Grey Walter - Berger Construct I have been talking to the dead for my entire life and after 6 years of research I have perfected a new technique that, under ideal conditions, is more than 73% successful. My objective is to use this new site to share my technique so that others too may talk to the dead. I call this technique the Grey Walter- Berger Construct which I have named to honor the work of neuro scientists Grey Walter and Hans Berger. Central to communicating with the dead is inducing a receptive state. My new technique is the first to use tested scientific principles to induce such a state via what's known as an Alpha Phase Descent. The receptive state induced by the Alpha Phase decent is achieved by synchronizing the brains Alpha waves to 10 hertz by using a 'stroboscope' which is essentially a high intensity light that flashes in quick succession. I then combine this with tested proven self hypnosis methods - techniques most often associated with deep meditation. FACT FROM FICTION - THE ORPHANAGE Many films from 'Poltergist' to the 'Eye' portray contact with the dead as a 'mystical' event. However the truth is more scientific. The Grey Walter- Berger Construct is focused on Grey Walters work on synchronizing Alpha waves - a well established scientific practice. The recent movie 'The Orphanage' portrays this technique quite accurately. There is a compelling scene in the film where a 'medium' is employed to establish contact with the dead children in the house. The technique portrayed in the film appears to have borrowed quite significantly from The Grey Walter-Berger Construct and is quite intense and realistic. Before proceeding I suggest viewing the footage from the film, this will place my instructions in context. However, while 'The Orphanage' presented a compelling portrayal of the technique it omitted some of the steps of the Grey Walter- Berger construct.
